This page is the DSAR intake for Oscar Stories and all other apps and services operated by HeyQQ GmbH.

It applies to Oscar Stories, Oscar Moneyfox, Oscar Science (Lora), and related backend APIs/services provided by HeyQQ GmbH.

What to include

• Your full name and email address associated with your account.

• Any identifiers that help us locate your data (for example User ID).
• Optional context about your request so we can process it faster.

Response timeline

We respond without undue delay and typically within one month, subject to applicable law and identity verification requirements.
